Master
classes
Up to ten or fifteen students (with relevant specialist staff) can participate
in a technical workshop with the visiting artist. A master class could last
between two hours and a week, depending on the school timetable and the
artist's schedule. The idea works well with all sorts of performers. However,
only a few students have direct contact with the artist, although they could
perform for the entire school/year.
