Big Arts Week 24 hour Film Challenge in association with Digital Guerrilla Filmmakers

 

 

 

Terms and Conditions


•  The competition is open to all registered participants of Big Arts Week 2004.

•  More than one entry per school will be accepted.

•  The film entries should be 3 minutes in length and made by pupils from the school.

•  The prizes include ULEAD editing software.

•  Entries should be received no later than 5 July 2004 and sent to Big Arts Week 24 Hour Film Challenge, The Mezzanine, Elizabeth House, 39 York Road, London, SE1 7NQ.

•  The winning entry will be judged by representatives of Big Arts Week, Digital Guerrilla Filmmakers and ULEAD.

•  The judges’ decision is final.   No correspondence will be entered into.

•  This competition is not open to employees or families of TimeBank, their agents, employees or any third party companies involved with the promotion.

•  Big Arts Week reserves the right to publicise the competition and winning entrants.   All entrants must therefore agree to participate in any such publicity.

•  Entries may be used in future Big Arts Week promotional material.   All entrants must therefore agree to them being utilised in this way.

•  Where possible winners will receive their prizes or notification of their prizes by end September 2004.

•  All reasonable efforts will be made to return the films to schools but Big Arts Week accepts no liability for losses.   Schools are advised to keep a master copy of the films that are produced.

•  The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or cancel this promotion at any stage in the event of circumstances beyond their.
