Art
in the Garden Week 21st June to 26th June
The
famous gardens at Alnwick are known to be a
place of contemplation, a place of fun, a place of inspiration and
education and so is the perfect place to hold a Big Arts Week event.
They
want to encourage involvement from as many people as possible, schools,
local community groups, visitors and local artists. Using the spectacular
surroundings of the Alnwick Garden artists of all ages can explore
and share their creativity. During this week there will be workshops
for both adults and children.
Artists
from the Tynedale Network will be working in the garden and we are
delighted to be supported by artists from Northumberland College
and artists from Alnwick Community Art Group.
Come
